Abstract: Migration on this subject, intended for someone who had continuing education to Malang city, migratory aims to find a better quality of education at Malang city rather than the city or country theirself. This movement conducted because of job information and accessibility were easier if someone was live at Malang city rather than their city and country. This study taking sample about 300 migrant students form few Universities which lies at Malang city and it was subjected to them which came from outer province, outer island and other country; including Malaysia, Singapora, and Timor Leste. Using the social fact analysis by Voluntaristic Action combine with Rational choices, these studies conclude that pull factor which conduct student migration caused by the popularity of the study department; cheap education and living cost in Malang city; and also the distances between homestay and the University. On the other hand, push factors was the absence of best universities quality at the migrant domain; the job vacant which is not aside to the highschool graduate in Indonesia. Migration processed was conduct with assistance frowm previoululy succeed migrant at the Malamg city.
