Policy Formulation Program for Overcoming Migration Population (Urbanization) Post Mudik Idul Fitri (Case Study Migration Destinations Surabaya)

ABSTRACT

 

In general, this research aims to develop a policy and programs to address the migration / urbanization of the population going home post-Idul Fitri to the big cities, especially Surabaya as the sample location. The results of this study is expected to provide benefits to policy makers, especially to create policies and develop programs to address the migration / urbanization of the population going home post-Idul Fitri to the big cities.

This research is a research expost facto, in the sense that the data base already available. Through a survey approach was intended to obtain a comprehensive picture of the implementation of Program Policy Formulation for Addressing Migration Population (Urbanization) Passover Feast Mudik (Case Study Migration Destinations Surabaya).

Population is the entire subject of research, in this study population is migrant communities in the East Java city of Surabaya.

Technical sampling is based on Random Sampling Propotional

Recommendations for Macro Policy, Regional Development Towards Migrants origin. Distribution of the population has close ties with the development process that has lasted this long. In other words that migration can be seen as a result of the development of recommendations for Micro Policy

Population Administration, Perfection population administration system plays an important role in supporting the population management policy program. Eliminating Residential Spontaneous, error has occurred which at first appeared spontaneously or residential dwelling illegal in some places, but continued to let its presence even further a public facility. As early as possible if control of the neighborhood is run with discipline, it can be prevented illegal residential development.
